When Will My Order Ship?

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
 
In some circumstances, such as holidays and new launches, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

When Will My Order Deliver?

Typically, at this time, USA orders deliver in 3-5 business days. We also have a 1-2 day expedited option at a cost. If you live outside the US, it'll vary according to location, but we’ll do whatever we can to get it to you ASAP. It will most likely arrive within 1-2 weeks time.
 
*Please note recent delays from major shipping couriers(USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc) may cause delays of an additional 3-5 business days. Delays while in transit are completely out of our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE. Everywhere. Yep.

If you are international(outside of the United States), you are responsible for any customs costs as required by your country. No duty fees exist for the USA.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are to damage and break it, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund. It must also be in the original packaging. Expedited shipping costs & warranties are nonrefundable. You will need to pay for the return shipping which is a part of our cost. 

 

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all 'drops' sales are final. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact hello@happilyeverknown.com.

Replacements

In the event that the product arrives damaged, we will replace it instantly free of charge. Please contact us at hello@happilyeverknown.com with proof of damage. You will not be charged for anything whatsoever.
